Looking for Allied Siding & Windows? Welcome to Allied Exteriors. Our name has changed, but the service you’ve trusted since 1988 hasn’t.
ALLIED IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR CLAIMS OF LOSS OF USE. Building codes and good construction practices require that all A/C, plumbing, and electrical lines be located a safe distance below the roof decking. You agree that Allied is not responsible for nail penetrations to A/C, plumbing or electrical lines (or resulting damage from such), located less than 3" below the bottom surface of the roof decking. Additionally, Allied Exteriors shall not be responsible for unforeseen/unavoidable nail penetrations to A/C, plumbing or electrical lines (or resulting damage from such) in walls during siding replacement.
Removing and replacing a roofing, siding, windows and doors inherently creates vibration that may be transmitted through portions of the house. You agree to remove items hanging from the inside/outside walls, ceilings, and soffits, that may vibrate and fall. Allied Exteriors shall not be responsible for any such items that fall, nor shall they be responsible for interior drywall cracks, nail pops, or any damage related to installation involved vibrations.
